Our fees are reflective of the focused approach:
Assessment and treatments will be covered by WCB Alberta, if your injury claim is approved by WCB.
Inside protocol visits will be direct billed to you auto insurance.
If you decide to be treated under the Motor Vehicle Accident protocols, then we are able to direct bill your insurance company if you are still eligible within inside protocol (within 90 days from the date of your accident) (that is, we will bill your insurance company and we do not require payment from you upfront).
Outside Protocol treatments (after 90 days from the date of your accident)
As per Alberta Insurance law you must use your Extended Health care benefits first and then billing goes through your auto insurance. Your injury claims adjustor will decide on Direct Billing or Pay and Submit option. If you do not have extended health care benefits then billing goes through your auto insurance claim.
